Last Updated: 13/4/2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Dua Child and Social Welfare Trust website and making a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our non-governmental organization (Registration No: UP/2025/0597935) operates strictly for charitable welfare purposes in India.
2. Domestic Donations (FCRA Compliance)
Currently, we only accept voluntary contributions from Indian citizens holding Indian bank accounts in strictly Indian Rupees (INR). By donating, you declare that your funds are from legitimate domestic sources. We do not currently accept foreign contributions under FCRA restrictions via this portal.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the charitable nature of our trust, all donations are considered final, non-refundable, and non-disputable once processed, as the funds are immediately allocated to active welfare campaigns (e.g., Hunger Relief, Orphan Care).
Exceptions for refunds are strictly limited to the following:
- Technical Failures: In the event your payment method is charged twice for a single transaction due to a technical glitch.
- Fraudulent Activity: If a donation was made using your payment method without authorization (must be reported within 3 days).
To request a technical refund, you must email duachildandsocialwelfaretrust@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, providing your Payment ID and Receipt ID. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
4. Intellectual Property Rights (IP Protection)
All content on this website, including but not limited to the "Dua Child and Social Welfare Trust" name, logo, graphic designs, campaign photography, video materials, and written copy, is the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of the Trust.
Strict Prohibition:
- You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or distribute our images or text without explicitly written authorization.
- Unauthorized use of our NGO's branding to solicit funds or misrepresent affiliation is a criminal offense and will be aggressively prosecuted under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Penal Code.
5. Tax Exemptions (80G)
We are a registered 80G entity (Unique Reg No: AAETD9759RF2025101). To claim your tax deduction, you must provide a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) at the time of donation. The NGO is not responsible for rejected exemptions if an incorrect or inactive PAN is provided.
